We are going to upgrade our website to Webs 3.0 in few minutes. The whole site will be down for few days, and then we will be active and upload kernels again.

We're Back!

After being inactive for a month or two, we're back!

We will release Romachine Kernel V1.59 BETA in a few minutes!!!

It is currently in BETA because we haven't tested it yet. That's because we're on a vacation and we forgot to bring our TF card USB readers with us.

After using it, please tell us if it is alright, and if it is, it will be a non-beta version!

Please note the following things while testing it:

-Does it boot?

-Does the upgrade patch say "Romachine V5.0"?

-Are all the boot files alright?

-What does the BETA.nds boot file boot? We assume it should be a Classic R4 menu or a strange TTMenu mix between the two.

Thank you very much!

No V1.57

Posted by byt411 on June 2, 2012 at 8:45 PM Comments comments (2)

We will not release Romachine Kernel V1.57 due to some problems in our team. (Not technical problems)

We will release the SDK once we are ready to, we still have to fix bugs and stuff.

Meanwhile, please use official kernel V1.57b, which we have tested, and we found no major problems with it.

SDK Updates

Posted by byt411 on May 15, 2012 at 5:40 PM Comments comments (0)

To access the SDK, you will have to create a Dropbox account at You will be given a unique identification number to identify the special versions of our kernel you make out of the SDK you submit to us. If you want to access the SDK, you may do so by emailing us. We will put up a form soon.

Romachine SDK

Posted by byt411 on May 15, 2012 at 1:45 PM Comments comments (0)

We are planning to release a Romachine SDK (Software Development Kit)

This will make Romachine Kernel Open Source, which will allow anyone compile their own special versions of Romachine Kernel.

All special versions made out of the Romachine SDK must be approved by us before being released to the public, and also you must sign your special SDK verison with your own unique digital code. This is to prevent people making malicious kernels out of our SDK and then bricking R4is and blaming us. The signing is to prevent people that have access to our SDK copying other people's work and claming to be their own. It also helps us to find out who made malicious kernel out of our SDK, and their consequences will be:

-Banned from our website.

-Removed access to our SDK.

If you know how to access our SDK, you must not tell anyone how to access it or give them our SDK.

Updates Completed!

We have moved nearly all of our files to our new hosting service, Dropbox.

We have added the Support Us! Page.

We have started to build a flashcard wiki.

We have converted nearly all of our links into links with ads.

We have fixed a problem in Romachine Kernel V1.56 English.

Support Us!

It is a page that includes methods on how to support Romachine and keep it running.

The best way is by viewing the ad loop.

Romachine Kernel V1.56 English Fix

There were some small bugs and problems in Romachine Kernel V1.56 English, and we have fixed these bugs in this Dropbox version.

We have been forced to add some ads to keep our team running. Every time you look at these ads, we gain a bit of money to keep this kernel running. We might be able to remove the ads if you help us a little using the Ad Loop in the "Support Us!" page.

If we can't have enough money to keep us running, either we will have to close Romachine (which we don't want to) or add even more ads.
